Robert P. Janik II, M.A. is the Assistant Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Survey Research. He has an array of responsibilities for the office including survey design, online survey programming and implementation, conducting focus groups, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and report writing. He is proficient in Qualtrics (web survey programming), SPSS, NVivo, SQL, and Excel. He enjoys working at IUPUI in an office that provides useful and actionable information to campus leaders for improving the experiences of students, faculty, and staff. He received his Master’s Degree in Sociology from Indiana University, Indianapolis.
